All products sold by UrbanTreasuresArt are made to order. Orders may require processing and production time before they are shipped.

Processing times may vary depending on the product, order volume, production availability, holidays, and other circumstances.

Once an order has entered production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. Please review our Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy for additional information.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on the destination, shipping method, carrier, product type, and fulfillment location.

Any delivery dates or timeframes shown on our website, during checkout, or in an order confirmation are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

UrbanTreasuresArt is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, customs, incorrect addresses, transportation interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Rates

Order Tracking

Separate Shipments

Products in the same order may be produced or shipped from different facilities.

As a result, items from one order may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

UrbanTreasuresArt is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Address-change requests should be submitted as soon as possible to jackmorico21@gmail.com. Address changes are not guaranteed after an order has been placed.

Delayed or Lost Orders

Occasional shipping delays may occur.

If your order appears to be significantly delayed or tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact us at jackmorico21@gmail.com with your name and order number.

We will review the available shipping information and make reasonable efforts to assist.

Packages Marked as Delivered

When tracking shows that an order has been delivered, customers should check all possible delivery locations, including mailboxes, porches, building entrances, mailrooms, reception areas, household members, and neighbors.

UrbanTreasuresArt is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Damaged Orders

Customers should inspect their products after delivery.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact jackmorico21@gmail.com as soon as possible and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Claims are reviewed according to our Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy.

International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country or shipping carrier.

These charges are not controlled by UrbanTreasuresArt and may not be included in the amount paid during checkout.
