RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for shopping with UrbanTreasuresArt. Because our posters, framed prints, canvases, and other wall-art products are printed and manufactured specifically after an order is placed, all products are considered made to order.

Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final.

UrbanTreasuresArt does not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including:

  • Changing your mind;

  • Ordering the wrong size;

  • Selecting the wrong color, frame, finish, or product option;

  • Providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address;

  • Deciding that the product does not match your room or décor;

  • Minor differences between the online product image and the printed product;

  • No longer needing or wanting the product;

  • Failing to review the product description or measurements before ordering; or

  • Refusing or failing to claim a delivered package.

Because every item is printed and manufactured to order, returned products cannot generally be restocked or resold.

Please carefully review your order, product measurements, frame selection, shipping address, and other options before completing checkout.

2. Twenty-Four-Hour Cancellation Window

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of the time the order was placed.

To request a cancellation, email jackmorico21@gmail.com within the 24-hour cancellation window. Your email should include:

  • Your full name;

  • Your order number;

  • The email address used to place the order; and

  • A clear statement that you want to cancel the order.

Cancellation requests sent more than 24 hours after the order was placed will not be accepted.

The time shown on the cancellation email will be used to determine whether the request was submitted within the 24-hour window.

Customers are responsible for submitting their cancellation requests on time. Sending a message through social media, leaving a comment, or attempting to contact a production or shipping partner does not constitute a valid cancellation request.

3. Approved Cancellation Refunds

When a cancellation request is submitted within the 24-hour cancellation window and approved, the order will be canceled and a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund-processing times depend on the customer’s bank, credit-card company, or payment provider. UrbanTreasuresArt does not control how long a financial institution takes to post an approved refund.

Original payments cannot be refunded to a different card, bank account, or payment method.

4. Changes to an Order

Requests to change an order must also be submitted within 24 hours of the time the order was placed.

Possible changes may include:

  • Product size;

  • Frame selection;

  • Color or finish;

  • Quantity;

  • Shipping address; or

  • Product design.

Send order-change requests to jackmorico21@gmail.com and include your order number and the exact change requested.

Order changes are not guaranteed. If the requested change cannot be made, the customer may cancel the order within the original 24-hour cancellation window and place a new order.

Changes requested after the 24-hour window will not be accepted.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

The no-return policy does not prevent customers from reporting products that arrive:

  • Damaged;

  • Defective;

  • Misprinted;

  • In the wrong size or variation due to a fulfillment error;

  • With the wrong artwork;

  • Missing components; or

  • Materially different from what was ordered.

Contact jackmorico21@gmail.com within 14 days of the recorded delivery date.

Your message must include:

  • Your full name;

  • Your order number;

  • A description of the problem;

  • A clear photograph of the entire product;

  • Close-up photographs showing the damage, defect, or error;

  • Photographs of the shipping packaging;

  • A photograph of the shipping label; and

  • Any other information reasonably necessary to review the claim.

Do not discard the product or packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

After reviewing an eligible claim, UrbanTreasuresArt may provide one of the following remedies:

  • A replacement;

  • A reprint;

  • A refund;

  • A partial refund; or

  • Another remedy required by applicable law.

Customers generally do not need to return a damaged or defective product unless return instructions are provided in writing.

Do not mail a product to the address shown on its shipping label. That address may belong to a production or shipping facility that is not authorized to process returns.

6. Normal Product Variations

Product mockups are provided for illustrative purposes. The appearance of a finished product may vary slightly because of:

  • Monitor and mobile-device display settings;

  • Screen brightness or color calibration;

  • Printing methods;

  • Paper, canvas, ink, or framing materials;

  • Product dimensions;

  • Image positioning or cropping;

  • Lighting conditions; or

  • Normal manufacturing tolerances.

Minor variations in color, positioning, dimensions, texture, or finish that are normal for print-on-demand production are not considered defects and do not qualify for a refund or replacement.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

An address-correction request must be submitted to jackmorico21@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Address changes are not guaranteed.

UrbanTreasuresArt is not responsible for packages that are:

  • Delivered to an address provided by the customer;

  • Delayed because of an incomplete address;

  • Returned because of an incorrect address;

  • Misdelivered because of inaccurate customer information; or

  • Unable to be delivered because the customer failed to collect or accept the package.

Orders affected by a customer-provided address error are not eligible for a refund. The customer may be responsible for the cost of producing and shipping a replacement.

8. Lost or Delayed Packages

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

A package is not considered lost solely because it arrives after its estimated delivery date.

Customers experiencing a delay should review the tracking information and check:

  • Mailboxes, porches, entrances, and other delivery locations;

  • Building reception desks or mailrooms;

  • Household members;

  • Neighbors; and

  • Notices left by the carrier.

Contact jackmorico21@gmail.com if tracking has not updated for an extended period or the package appears to be lost.

UrbanTreasuresArt will review the available tracking information and may contact the shipping or fulfillment provider. An appropriate replacement or refund may be provided when the carrier or fulfillment provider confirms that the package was lost.

9. Packages Marked as Delivered

UrbanTreasuresArt is not responsible for theft or loss that occurs after a shipping carrier records a package as delivered to the address provided by the customer.

When tracking shows “delivered,” customers should check around the delivery location, speak with household members or neighbors, contact building management, and contact the shipping carrier.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with a delivery investigation, but a replacement or refund is not guaranteed when tracking confirms delivery.

10. Orders That Cannot Be Fulfilled

If UrbanTreasuresArt or its production partner cannot manufacture or ship an ordered product, the affected product will be canceled and refunded.

If only part of an order cannot be fulfilled, the unavailable item will be refunded while the remaining items may continue through production and shipment.

Customers will not be required to accept a substitute product without their agreement.

11. Refused and Unclaimed Packages

Orders that are refused, abandoned, or left unclaimed are not automatically eligible for a refund.

If a package is returned because the customer refused delivery or failed to collect it, the customer may be responsible for the costs of:

  • The original shipment;

  • Return shipping;

  • Producing a replacement; and

  • Shipping the replacement.

Customs duties, import taxes, carrier charges, or other fees imposed on an international shipment are generally the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Refusing a shipment because of these charges does not automatically qualify the order for a refund.

12. Unauthorized Returns

UrbanTreasuresArt does not maintain a general return facility.

Products sent back without written authorization will not be accepted and may not be returned to the sender or refunded.

Customers must contact jackmorico21@gmail.com before sending any product anywhere.

13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers should contact us before filing a chargeback or payment dispute so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Filing a fraudulent chargeback, falsely claiming that an order was unauthorized, or falsely claiming that a delivered product was not received may result in the customer’s account and future orders being restricted.

Nothing in this section prevents customers from exercising legitimate rights available through their bank, payment provider, or applicable law.

14. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or replaces any warranty, remedy, cancellation right, or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

Where applicable law provides greater rights than this policy, applicable law will control.
